Langdon Cruise is a homicide detective that soon finds himself wrapped up in murder and mystery with the case of the “Purple Feather Murders.” On top of trying to figure this case out, Langdon finds himself dealing with his feelings for one liberated woman.

Heather Highmark, owner of the Wizard bookstore, has psychic powers. Sometimes the police ask for her help in solving a case. This time helping the police might just be the death of her. Will she be able to help to keep the ones she loves safe?

Heather and Langdon find themselves on the hunt for the black widow in the purple feather murders. In turn, Heather found herself trying to save her brother who the police wrongfully accused as the one committing the murders.

Little did the cops know the black widow was setting her mark on the REC members, but she was willing to take out anyone else that got in her way. Will Heather and Langdon stop her in time with out someone else losing their life? After everything is all said and done, can Langdon and Heather pick up where they left off and see where their passion takes them? Who knows it may lead to much more.

Lavender Lust “Purple Feather Murders” is a spine tingling suspense that will keep you guessing until the end. Cricket Sawyer is Brilliant! I just had to keep reading to find out the outcome. The characters are so strong, both hero and heroine. Cheers Cricket on another huge success.
